<p>Divorced, accrued his debt, medical bills, credit cards, disabled. I want to start over, but, can I really or with disability, spousal maintenance n a few hundred dollar amount every month left to me from my MoM who became an angel in heaven a year ago, can I really even file?</p>

<p>Is a workout where the referee adds up your last 6 months income, divides by 6 and compares that result to your bills etc. The second scenario is the disaster scene where you are hopeless and get wiped out (retaining about 22K of possessions) then you start over. Expect to pay about $1600 to a BK attorney upfront.</p>
